I am a lifelong NJ resident that enjoys racing cars, collecting watches, eating amazing food from around the world, and traveling. I obtained my Bachelors of Science degree from Rutgers University while working in many industries at the management and executive level. In order to be a stronger advocate for my clients, I went on to pursue my Masters of Business Administration (MBA). I took a chance and started as a dual career agent in April 2015. In September of 2015, I was able to close enough deals in Real Estate to leave my full time job and pursue real estate on a full time basis. Through the tremendous resources Weichert offers, I was able to make Circle of Excellence my first year in business and subsequently double my business year over year for 3 consecutive years. After a year and a half I was promoted to assistant office manager and was also given the opportunity to become one of the company’s first business development coaches. In this role I was held accountable for training, coaching, and developing new and under-performing agents to help grow their business and reach success at a faster pace. It was in this role that my appreciation for giving back and helping other agents achieve unbelievable growth and success became apparent so I got my Broker License in April of 2018. A few months later I was asked to become the managing broker of Weichert’s Metuchen office. My commitment to excellence, hard work, and dedication are the reasons I have become one of the youngest Brokers in the company, as well as the real estate industry, in such a short period of time. My knowledge, experience and resourcefulness now shifts from my clients to my agents. Having had great success in real estate at a high level, I understand the importance and value of having a Manager you can count on to be there whenever you need them and to have the right answers for you. My insatiable desire to learn ensures that I'm always on top of changes in the industry and able to help you stay ahead of the competition. I take pride in knowing that agents at every level from new to the business to 30+ year veterans turn to me as their resource for helping them grow and develop their business and their brand.
